This prosthetic nose tip weighs less than a gram. Although very small, it covers a permanent scar and restores lost form from an injury in the center of this client’s face. In spite of its small size, pieces like this can make a large difference in a person’s social confidence.
This client has a very demanding career with long hours. She wanted to have a prosthesis that would allow her to feel confident with her feet up, soaking in the sun. She is getting the rare opportunity to take a vacation tomorrow and we are so excited that she can take her new prosthesis along!
